From Consulting to Fractional Leadership
SimplyFractional grew out of six years of SimplyPut Consulting helping companies simplify, automate, and scale. Again and again, we saw teams stall – not for lack of ambition, but because they didn’t have the right executive leadership at the right moment.
The problem was clear:
- Hiring a full-time C-suite leader takes 6-9 months and costs $300K-$500K+ a year.
